A coaching and mastermind practice, serving executives, athletes, founders, and visionary leaders. The founder, Anthony David Adams runs multiple offerings simultaneously.
The Singularity Playground, a weekly community session on Creativity, Consciousness, and Collaboration in the AI era; the EarthPilot Flight Crew Mastermind, a premium annual membership; and an AI Book Writing Course. He also serves as NAATBatt International's social media specialist.
Anthony is the visionary. My job was to be the operator that building every system, process, and infrastructure layer that makes the vision actually run. Everything from CRM automation to DNS configuration, hiring campaigns to book publishing, client onboarding to database maintenance.

Anthony runs a business where every moving part depends on a different system.
My role wasn't just to complete tasks, it was to understand how everything connected and make sure none of it fell apart. That meant investigating before acting, diagnosing before fixing, and building things that could run without constant oversight.

Challenge
Multiple domains, no operational layer
Anthony runs multiple concurrent business lines. A coaching practice, a weekly community with recurring guests, an AI writing course, a published book, a corporate product vision, and an external marketing contract. Each line has its own tools, audiences, and operational needs. With no full-time team, critical tasks like community onboarding, lead follow-up, technical maintenance, and content production were consuming time that should have been spent on coaching and thought leadership. The challenge was building a reliable, scalable operational layer capable of handling execution across all domains without requiring constant oversight from Anthony.
Solution
The operational layer Anthony didn't have
I came in as Anthony's assistant and mapped the full picture before touching anything. Every workflow, every broken connection, every gap across all five domains. Then together we built systems where systems were missing, fixed what was broken, and executed the work that couldn't be automated. Each domain got a reliable process. Each recurring task got handled before Anthony had to think about it. For his external clients, I stepped in as the execution arm. Managing content, production, and delivery so Anthony could stay in the strategic seat. My role was to make sure that coaching, community, and vision were the only things left on his plate.

Challenge
A community with no funnel
Anthony already had a signup page for the EarthPilot AI Playground — a weekly session built around the concept of the Singularity, the point at which our capacity to predict the future breaks down due to geometric technological growth. But there was no funnel behind it. New signups had no automated path to the event, no calendar invite, and first-time joiners had no follow-up to get them into a 1:1 with Anthony.
Solution
A GHL funnel for the Singularity Playground
Built a dedicated webinar funnel called "EarthPilot Singularity Playground" inside GoHighLevel. The funnel automatically invites new signups to the weekly session, adds them to the calendar, and sends first-time joiners a personal email inviting them to book a 1:1 with Anthony. All built natively within GHL, no third-party tools required.
